In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, rules and policies of the
Company and regulatory bodies.
• Review existing systems and methods and recommend appropriate
action for improvement
• Conduct operational internal audit reviews.
• Report auditing findings and provide value-added recommendations.
• Collect, analyse, interpret and document information to support audit results.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy / Business Studies
• Minimum 1 year auditing experience preferably in a manufacturing
environment.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

2. Accounts Executives

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of full set of accounts and other daily accounting
responsibilities.
• Assist with monthly accounts, management reports and financial
analysis.

Requirements

• Partial professional qualifications / Diploma in Accounting or LCCI
Higher or its equivalent.
• Preferably 2 – 3 years related experience in manufacturing
environment.
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP accounting system is an added advantage.
• Committed and able to work independently.

3. Sales / Admin Officer

Responsibilities

• Handling of customers enquiry and related customer issues, sales
coordination and administration functions, managing document and
stock inventory.
• Prepare sales reports, customer stock report, quotation and other
related reports
• Planning for client supply and delivery of goods
• Support Sales & Marketing team in documentation and
correspondence.

Requirements

• Diploma in Secretary / Business Studies.
• 1 – 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, Malay and Mandarin language.

4. Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key customers on matters pertaining to sales &
marketing issues, including follow up sales enquiry, orders, new
product development and etc.
• To manage and enhance customer relationship, as well as
identifying and developing new customers.
• To monitor, gather and anaylse market and industry information
so that appropriate marketing strategy can be implemented.
• Carry out daily administrative activities related to sales &
marketing.
• Ensure timely collections from customers and to control debts.
• Liasing with all relevant departments on matters related to
meeting customers requirements and new project development.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline preferably in Marketing /
Business Studies.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in sales & marketing.
• Self-motivated, independent, result oriented and with good PR &
communication skills
• Possess own transport.

5. Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• To ensure the machineries and equipments are maintained at
optimal level.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive facilities
maintenance programs.
• Responsible for smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and rectification on production and machineries
issues.
• Knowledge of SPC and PLC will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or
related disciplines
• 1 -2 years related working experience in a manufacturing
environment

6. Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and provide daily operational support for existing
systems, Windows-based applications and other internal systems.
• Provide first-level support for trouble shooting of problems and errors.
• Supporting existing application systems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Studies with a minimum of 1 year working
experience.
• Proficient in software development, RDBMS designs and reporting
tools.
• Creative in problem solving, able to work with minimum supervision
and to meet timeline.
• Skills in documentation is essentials.
• Knowledge in VB6, .Net and Windows 2000/2003 server operating
systems will be an added advantage

7. Production Executive

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring the department daily operations.
• Assist the head of production on all production related functions and
activities to enhance quality and productivity.
• Plan & execute production schedules to meet orders and stock
requirements.
• Plan, monitor and requisite raw and packaging materials.
• Prepare, issue and update all production related documentation.
• Work closely with the Maintenance and QC divisions to resolve
quality related issues and focus on continual improvement.
• Maintain and improve Standard Procedures and monitor workers to
ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or
related disciplines.
• 1 – 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

8. Store Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for allover inventory management.
• Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of warehouse
management.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Introduction of pro-active changes and systematic procedures to
achieve high accuracy of physical stock level.
• Liaise with transporters and customers on logistic management.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant working experience in manufacturing
environment.
• Familiar with inventory management, Custom Regulations and
shipping protocol.
• Computer literate with the ability to implement good reporting
procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Graphic Designer

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years related working experience.
• Knowledagable in Macintosh and Adobe System.
• Basic understanding in colour separation and printing process.
• Experience in packaging, label design or those who are working
experience in the colour separation firm will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
